Our Company name, SAFE AGING FOR ELDERS (S.A.F.E.), defines our vision. Based on our management’s work with the senior care community, we identify the unmet need of people who prefer to remain in their home but lack the ability to independently manage medical emergencies, as well as individuals who want the security of a 24/7 notification system.
SAFE, a Memphis based company, has taken a unique approach to the personal emergency response systems (PERS) industry by providing a face in a faceless industry. SAFE is a perfect marriage of product, cost and service.
SAFE currently has partnerships with 20 plus home health agencies and retirement communities across the Mid-South. Our goal is to improve senior’s quality of life by providing peace of mind through a 24 hour monitoring system. We also strive to make our service affordable for a large segment of the target market, while providing our investors with a solid, risk-adjusted return-on-investment.
We offer three different monitoring systems to fit the needs of individuals, retirement communities, home health agencies and companies that we service. We are a company that prides itself on our adaptability and willingness to tailor our products and services to meet the needs of our clients.
Our call center, ZTECH, also Memphis Based, is a FM Approved and UL-listed Central Station. ZTech strives to provide the best service and broadest range of services and technologies, as well as assured reliability. To support and apply these services and technologies, ZTech has assembled a dedicated, well-trained and experience staff. Employees:
- Average more than 5 years experience
- Include a number of individual with over 10 years experience
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and rigorous background check
- Must complete an intensive 30-day training program
